Ms. Winchester has been a member of the Florida Bar since November of 2014. She is admitted to practice in all Florida State courts as well as the United States District Courts for the Southern, Middle, and Northern District of Florida. She primarily concentrates her practice on negligent security, corporate litigation, and general liability insurance defense. An active member of her community, Ms. Winchester serves on several committees within the Orlando Chapter of the Federal Bar Association, the Central Florida Association for Women Lawyers, and the Orange County Bar Association.
