Jessica C. Conner


Mrs. Conner graduated with Honors from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a minor in Business. She received a Juris Doctor with Honors from the University of Florida, Levin College of Law in 2010. While in law school, Mrs. Conner served on the Executive Board of the Florida Moot Court Team. She earned Book Awards in Appellate Advocacy, Legal Research & Writing, and Trial Practice.

In the summer of 2008, Mrs. Conner served as an intern for the Honorable J. Preston Silvernail at the Eighteenth Judicial Circuit Court.  She was also an extern at the Florida Supreme Court for Justice James E.C. Perry in the Fall of 2009. Mrs. Conner is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts and the United States District Courts for the Southern, Middle and Northern Districts of Florida.  She is also admitted to the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.

Mrs. Conner has been with the law firm of Dean, Ringers, Morgan & Lawton since graduating law school in 2010.

Mrs. Conner concentrates her practice in governmental liability, civil rights defense, contractual disputes and appellate practice.  She has handled appeals before the Fifth District, Florida Supreme Court and Eleventh Circuit in personal injury and civil rights cases.
