Joshua B. Walker


Mr. Walker is a shareholder in the firm’s litigation department. His practice focuses on general liability insurance defense, governmental liability defense, and commercial litigation, including trade secret and non-compete agreement disputes. He has successfully represented local governments, elected officials, corporate officers, and private clientele in state and federal courts and is experienced in handling claims through the trial and appellate levels. Mr. Walker was designated a Super Lawyers Rising Star for 2012–2014. He received his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Florida Levin College of Law and received a Bachelor of Science degree, cum laude, from the University of Central Florida. Mr. Walker is also member of the armed forces and has proudly served in the United States Army and the Florida Army National Guard since 1997. He is active in the community and spends his free time serving various charities and community-based outreach programs. He is a board member and past chairman of the Camaraderie Foundation, a non-profit organization providing counseling support for veterans and their families. The majority of his practice involves complex business disputes, general liability claims, and civil rights litigation.
