New Attorneys and Summer Associates

May 25, 2022

DRML is pleased to announce the addition of many new hires in connection with the firm’s continued growth. Since 2020, DRML has exponentially grown in both volume of work and number of attorneys and staff, and we are blessed and honored to continue welcoming such talent to the firm.

Most recently, the firm has hired Attorney Jordan Brougher, a former practicing attorney in Indiana who relocated to Florida with his wife to be closer to family. He has been working with DRML as a paralegal since August 2021, but with his recent passing of the Florida Bar Exam and swearing into the Florida Bar, he is the firm’s newest attorney.

The firm also celebrates the recent graduation of Parker Watts and Nanfeng Li from University of Florida Levin School of Law. Parker and Nanfeng both served as DRML Summer Associates in 2021, and given their unmatched work ethic and exceptional talents, the firm was elated that they both accepted full-time offers for employment post-graduation. DRML supports Parker and Nanfeng as they relocate to Orlando and prepare to take the Florida Bar Exam in July 2022, and we cannot wait to have them on board starting in August.

Finally, DRML is honored to announce that it has hired University of Florida School of Law 2L Nyasia Minaya as a 2022 summer associate and Barry University School of Law 1L Alexandra Slagel as a summer intern. A member of law review, Ms. Minaya is a skilled writer and oralist, and her credentials place her at the top of her class. Ms. Slagel is a former paralegal, member of the trial team at her law school, and impressive oralist. We look forward to a successful summer with both Ms. Minaya and Ms. Slagel.

Since March of 2020, the firm has also welcomed attorneys Alyssa Flood, Hanton Walters, Matthew Corker, Demetrius Wilson, and Bianca Feazell, expanding both our General Liability and First Party Property practice groups.
