Ms. Conner earned her undergraduate and law degrees with honors from the University of Florida. During law school, Ms. Conner served on the Executive Board of the Florida Moot Court Team where she developed her passion for appellate advocacy. She earned Book Awards in Appellate Advocacy, Legal Research & Writing, and Trial Practice. She also served as an extern for Florida Supreme Court Justice James E.C. Perry.

Ms. Conner concentrates her practice on civil appeals and insurance coverage. She has an extensive background in defending businesses, governmental entities, and insurance companies in all types of disputes. Her broad experience has allowed her to successfully handle appeals in state and federal court involving insurance coverage disputes, torts, contractual disputes, constitutional claims, administrative proceedings, and worker’s compensation claims.

Ms. Conner assists trial counsel will complex pre-trial motions and research. She also advises trial teams regarding preservation of error and assists with drafting and arguing post-trial motions with a focus on positioning the case for appellate review. Ms. Conner has handled appeals in the Florida Supreme Court, all five state district courts of appeal, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.

Ms. Conner also assists insurers with coverage opinions, reservation of rights letters and responses to Civil Remedy Notices of Insurer Violations.
