Maylen Delgado
Maylen Delgado is a Cuban-born Miami native who made Orlando her home in 2024. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Florida International University and received her Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University College of Law.
During her undergraduate studies, Ms. Delgado served as President of Lambda Alpha Epsilon, the American Criminal Justice Association, and as Community Service Chair for Phi Alpha Delta, a professional pre-law fraternity. In law school, she served as Vice President of the Intellectual Property and Cyber Law Society and earned a certificate in Intellectual Property Law.
Ms. Delgado began her legal career in insurance defense before transitioning her practice to Workers’ Compensation, where she now focuses on the defense of employers and carriers.
She is a member of The Florida Bar and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Her practice is dedicated to Workers’ Compensation defense, and she is fluent in Spanish.
