Mr. Conner, a central Florida Native, received his Bachelor degree from the University of Florida in 1995 and a Masters degree from the University of Central Florida in 1999. In 2003, he became a proud double-Gator after receiving his Juris Doctor with Honors from the University of Florida College of Law, where he served as a Senior Editor of the Florida Law Review. Mr. Conner is admitted to practice in all Florida Trial and Appellate Courts, the United States District Courts of the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Florida, and the United States Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a member of the Florida Bar Association, American Bar Association, Orange County Bar Association, Florida Municipal Attorneys Association and the Florida Defense Lawyers Association.

Mr. Conner concentrates his practice in amusement park and FEC defense, representation of major automotive tire and repair companies, land use litigation, governmental and law enforcement liability defense, and general liability insurance defense. He has defended major theme parks in central Florida and major auto-repair companies throughout Florid for well over a decade. He has also handled land use claims against governmental entities including Orange County, Hernando County, the Central Florida Expressway Authority, as well as the Cities of Apopka, Altamonte Springs, Clermont, New Smyrna Beach, Indian Harbour Beach, Dunnellon, DeBary, Mascotte and the Towns of Windermere, Oakland, Howey-in-the-Hills and Malabar.
